It is Possible to Replace a Habit
A habit is neither bad or good -- IT'S A HABIT
A habit TELLS US MORE of WHO YOU ARE.
-------------------------------------------------
Let me share with you a simple way to develop a new habit and overcome another.
Our working memory operates within a limited capacity.
As a result, most of our actions come from our stored memory (where habits live)
Now as far as our stored memory, we have -- trillions of pieces of data!!
It's a STURDY hardwiring process.
So if you think about something or do something a few times, it's going to go directly into your stored memory and show up as needed.
Of course, your brain operates to be accommodating and only provides you:
- what you have given it,
- what you have focused on more then once,
- what you have done more then once,
- what you have desired more then once.
So, What have you focused on that keeps showing up in your life?
Some work, some don't
If you'd like to know more, I would be happy to converse with you on this topic.
If you'd like to overcome a habit and create a plan of action around a new one, perhaps an better one, it would be my pleasure to serve you.
Make it a great day, you deserve it!!

Are you willing to allow things to work for you?
What’s amazing is that you can take a normal person that’s living an everyday average life and they have no idea what their absolutely capable of doing; and you plug them into a program, help them shift their mindset and all of the sudden you have someone that was just struggling just to make ends meet to someone who has the potential of making a six figure income - it's absolutely mind blowing.
I have experienced this first hand and have the tools and the environment for people to lead a more satisfying life through emotional and financial wealth.
A program that helps people overcome any limiting beliefs that might be holding them back in life.
Simply by changing mindsets and habits....a personal development program that has helped people accomplish more than they thought possible, do more then they ever imagined and become more than they dreamed.
The tools to improve your life and exceed your goals.
This program employs a very simple philosophy:
You Have The POWER To Make Any Change In YOUR LIFE That You Want To Make.
Based on the premise constructed in a thorough system that works from the inside out. As you alter habits and small details in your daily routine, your life begins to change for the better.
The program takes you on an inner journey that will result in extraordinary outer growth. As you experience this program you will approach each day positively and proactively. Weight loss, improved financial results, more effective communication or better relationships - whatever you want for your life. The program shows you how to achieve the results you desire
The most interesting thing that a person will ever look at, in their entire life, is “themself”.
People have no idea how much potential is inside them, until they find themselves in the right environment, with the right community and involved with the right vehicle.
STOP LETTING YOU DAY TO DAY LIFE HOL YOU BACK
AND TAKE ACTION!!!

Wake Up to Success - BEING THE LEADER
The CAR…..as simple as four wheels, combustible engine, steering wheel, seats. It wasn’t just an improvement on the horse and buggy, as primitive as it was compared to today’s cars.
Henry Ford is famous for saying “If I had given them what they wanted, I would have just given them a faster horse”
But that’s not what he did; Fords brilliance was to say….“If I want to go from point A to point B and if I was willing to forget everything I know about transportation with a horse and buggy, how would I do that?” and he completely skipped from walking to riding in an automobile, skipped over the whole concept of hooking a horse to a wagon. You see for years the world was stuck on the horse and buggy; big buggies, carriages, one horse buggies, four horse buggies and the passenger buggies. And Ford was willing to say, “If I were to completely scrap the existing method, how would I go about it?”
Point being, this is exactly what Brent Payne and Shane Krider did when they started Liberty League International. They looked at what was out in there in the marketplace and said “You know, that’s not going to work”; “All those things over there…those are designed for people that want to wait five to ten years down the road to become wealthy” and those other business models “No, that’s really designed for people who want to spend their time convincing people that they want to buy products every month” and so on. What Brent and Shane have put together is light years ahead, a simple business that’s designed for one type of person, the person who wants to play big in life and wants to get it done today, that’s who Liberty League is designed for.
So if I were to forget everything I know about network marketing and the other forms of business models; Liberty League is simply free enterprise in its most purest form; plain and simple. It’s a direct sales business with a built-in referral system. If you were to go outside of the home based business world, where people don’t understand the language, as far as, team building and you were to describe what we do to a realtor or someone in manufacturing the best way to describe it would be a direct sales business and it has a built-in referral system. It’s a drop ship business where you simple receive orders and then you pay the company to fill the orders. That’s it. It’s a simple business where we run an ad, when people respond and they sound like their more interested in becoming wealthy then working at a job, we invite them to listen to our presentation conference call. Someone else does all the explaining for us, a top earner in the company at that; then we have a follow up conversation where we bring someone else on the line to answer their questions. Customer buys the products, we get paid. Simple as that.
This is a business of putting people on presentations and collecting decisions and at the end of the day, I’m simply just a tour guide. I’m not convincing anyone to join and I’m not engaging in debates or overcoming objections (tip: if they have objections, they’re not a prospect – they’re happy where they are, they want to stay where they are)
So when you take a fresh look at what we do….to earn a substantial amount of money and allows us time freedom…. most of this business is delegated to someone else in the company. I don’t do the presentations or answer questions from my guests. My involvement is not only to be in receiving mode, but being the leader. When I show up in my business, whether it’s returning phone calls or answering questions for someone else on my team, my key role is that I’m being the leader myself. That’s the key, keeping it simple and being the leader.
I picked up this personal development magazine this pasted weekend and there was an article about a man who walked into a restaurant and a customer walks up to him and says “Hey Jack, the coffee always tastes better when you make it. I love when I see that you’re working, because I know the coffee is going to be great!” and Jack was sort of confused about this, because he was telling a friend…”everyone here makes the coffee the same way, it’s an automated machine, we fill the water to the line and all the coffee comes in pre-measured packets, we all push the same button, the water always comes out the same temperature, so how can it be that he thinks my coffee tastes better?” Well here’s the thing….Jack always washes the pots out before he makes coffee and he always uses the freshest packs of coffee and he doesn’t leave the filters dripping over the pot, dripping bitter water into the coffee. In other words Jack’s being the leader; Jack’s taking ownership of what he’s doing. He was making coffee just as simply as anyone else, but it wasn’t what he was doing, it was how he was doing it, it was who he was choosing to BE. And that is the metaphor that I’m taking on to my business today.
This business is as simple as making coffee. We run ads, we have conversations and we put people on presentation calls, then we bring a third party on the line, probably someone not even connected with the sale, they knock out a couple of questions, they’re either in or out or they’ll want to think out it, whatever, they’ll end up listening in on a Friday morning wake up call and make a decision one way or the other. And here’s the thing, the only variable in this business is me and the only variable in this business is you. We’ve all got the same system and when you really look at it for what it is; this system is really simple and we could over complicated and convolute it, but the fact is that anyone could use this compensation plan to reach their financial goals.
So it’s about our level of belief and our own willingness to show up in our business as the leader.

Get The Most Out Of Home Tax Advantage
Being a homeowner means you are entitled to a number of tax breaks.
Article By Gerri Willis, CNN
One of the most important tax advantages of home ownership is the deduction of your mortgage interest. But there are also plenty of tax benefits for people who just bought a home. For example, you should be able to deduct points, or costs, that your lender charged you when you took out your mortgage. One point equals 1 percent of the loan amount borrowed.

Daily Quotes
The Universe does not know whether the vibration that you're offering is because of something you're observing or something you're remembering or something that you are imagining. It just receives the vibration and answers it with things that match it.

The Jar System by T. Harv Ecker
T. Harv Ecker is a famous author, public speaker, and personal development leader. We attended his "Millionaire Mind" seminar, and learned a good deal of information. This one topic of the Jar System was repeated at a different seminar we put on, by Myron Golden, with different names and titles. Both speakers felt it one of the central principles for achieving financial freedom. We do as well, and have begun adopting it into our life.
The Jars
This is a system of jars - but it can be bank accounts, envelopes, or anything else that segregates one amount of money from another. We use different bank accounts, plus a single jar for our loose change, which goes into a bank account.
There are six jars altogether, five of 10% each, and one of 50% each. You can vary the percentages as you need to, but not the categories. All six should stay in place.
Jar 1: FFA - Financial Freedom Account
The most important jar.
10% of your after tax income.
Paid BEFORE anything else, including bills. This is the "pay yourself first" jar.
It is for passive income streams, such as laundromats, parking lots, positive cash flow managed real estate, stocks, and some types of internet businesses. Start out with mutual funds, then stocks, and when you have enough money, buy into passive businesses.
This money can NEVER be spent on anything else.
It must be transfered to the next generation when you die.
Jar 2: GIV - Charity
Amount varies from 5% to 10%, depending on your opinion of charitable giving.
If reduced to 5%, Necessities account increases to 55%.
This is intended for true charities, not Christmas and birthday gifts to friends and family.
Jar 3: EDU - Education
10% of your after tax income.
This is YOUR OWN personal development and career advancement education, not your children's college education. They should have their own account, and work to save for it. Use them to help you in your home based business, and pay them as a contractor for this purpose.
Jar 4: LTSS - Long Term Saving and Spending
10% of your after tax income.
Save for cars, college tuition, room additions, or expensive trips. Don't buy these luxuries on a credit card. Pay with cash that you've saved. You can put this in a money market account, CD's, or other interest-bearing vehicle while you're saving up.
Jar 5: FUN - Fun Account
10% of your after tax income.
This money MUST BE BLOWN COMPLETELY every month. If you have some great plan, you can save up and blow it in a second month, but the idea is to drain it regularly.
Come up with special events, spectacular things, that you'll enjoy and remember.
Jar 6: NEC - Necessity
50% to 55% (depending on your GIV account) of your after tax income.
This is the money you pay your bills with.
Pay your credit cards with checks from different check books, as you identify which items are fun, education, necessity, etc.
If you can't make ends meet with 55% of your after tax income, change your habits! Sell or get rid of whatever is draining you. Simplify. Cut back. Get so you can get by with your necessities paid out of no more than 55% of your after tax income.
Pay off your highest interest rate credit card completely before you pay more than the minimum payment on any other credit cards. Pay off credit cards before other liabilities.
As your income increases, your necessities can increase also, but only in proportion.
These money management principles can turn your life around, and whip them into shape.
I've added to them one more principle, which has to do with TIME.
The FFA (Financial Freedom Account) TIME Principle
"Pay yourself first" with 1/2 HOUR A DAY devoted to actually DOING the things that your IDEAL WORKING SELF would do. (In other words, I don't mean relax for 1/2 hour a day - I mean work at what you love.)
For example, if, in your "heart of hearts" you really want to be an inventor, but you earn a living doing something else, BE that inventor for 1/2 hour a day. DO what that inventor would do.
Also, this doesn't mean "prepare" for that eventuality, by going back to school or something significantly delayed. It means IMMERSING yourself IMMEDIATELY in the REALITY of BEING that eventual person. DO exactly what that person would do.

What Is Podcasting?
I've never used podcasts for marketing but I know that all the "BIG" dogs are doing it. They're relatively easy way to get friendly with your prospects.
Want to listen to your favorite radio shows and audio and video programs anytime? The iTunes Store offers tens of thousands of podcasts, from both big names and independent creators.

The Automatic Millionaire by David Bach
What makes you happy at work?
What makes you happy at home?
What makes you happy with your friends and family?
What makes you happy when you're by yourself?
What do you love to do?
What would you do with your life today if you weren't afraid of failure?
What's not working in your life?
What are you currently doing that prevents you from experiencing joy?
What's working in your life?
Who's not working in your life?
Who in your life is subtracting value from and adding misery to it?
Can you fix any of these relationships, or should you let them go from your life?
What relationships are working in your life?
If we were getting together one year from today, what would have to happen for you to be able to tell me that you now have more joy in your life?
What's the single most important thing you've learned about yourself as a result of answering these questions?

What's wrong with Tiger Woods?
As PGA reports:
...four-time champion Tiger Woods was heading in the wrong direction midway through his second round at Augusta National on Friday. Woods played his first nine holes in 39 to fall to 4 over par, seven shots behind the surprising Wetterich, who was 3 under through 15 holes.

The Pros of Running Your Business Like a Girl
Provided By Entrepreneur.com
How many times have you heard something like this? Accusing a person of doing something "like a girl" has become so common that even women are guilty of saying it--despite the negative connotations it holds toward females.
In her new book, How to Run Your Business Like a Girl, Elizabeth Cogswell Baskin turns the idea of doing something "like a girl" on its head by exploring common female traits and how women entrepreneurs--and all entrepreneurs--can use them to their advantage when running a business.

Marketing Planning
Provided By Know This Marketing
For marketers planning is an essential task that must be continually undertaken. As we will see, shifting market conditions, including changing customer needs and competitive threats, almost always insure that what worked in the past will not work in the future, thus requiring revisions in how a product is marketed. Marketing planning is also important since it is often a prerequisite for obtaining funding whether one is a marketer in a large corporation seeking additional money for his or her department or is part of a small start up company looking for initial funding.

Do You Have What It Takes To Be An Entrepreneur?
• You Can Delegate. No matter how smart and energetic you are, it's a mistake to try to attend to every detail yourself. Unless you're a solo act, you're going to have to trust employees to do their jobs so that you can run the business.
• You Are Self-Motivated. As a small business owner, you won't have a boss to tell you when to get to work. If that's a problem, keep your day job.
• You Can Work With Numbers. You will spend a fair amount of time keeping track of money -- expenses, revenues, taxes and the like. A math phobia won't help.
• You Learn From Mistakes. You will make them; the trick is to learn from them and move on. Not everyone finds that easy to do.
• You Like To Work. Contrary to myth, you don't need to be a workaholic to start a successful business. Many entrepreneurs find that it makes more sense to establish a reasonable working pace -- one that lets them strike a balance between work and their personal lives. That said, don't start a business unless you enjoy work. There's going to be plenty of it.
• You Don't Mind Selling. You'll have to sell products to customers, of course. You may also need to sell lenders or other financial backers on the prospects of your company. And you'll need to convince potential employees to accept jobs with your firm rather than go to work for the competition.
• You Don't Quit. You'll encounter obstacles that might stymie some individuals. You'll have more success if you are the type of person who relishes such challenges. A dash of optimism helps; it will help you handle the uncertainty that is part of every venture.

T. Harv Eker and Millionaire Mind
The thing I like the most about T. Harv Eker is his perspective on abundance. The money is out there, we just have to figure out what it is we love to do and profit from that. I've always been a huge fan of personal development which makes it easy for me to promote. T. Harv Eker states that if you don't enjoy what you do then you most likely will not succeed. Choose something you love and take it to the bank!!

Who Is Stephen Pierce?
A young man hanging with the wrong crowd, Stephen Pierce wanted desperately to make his break in the world with every “next big thing” advertised in the back of magazines. After numerous failed attempts and hitting bottom after being shot and left bleeding in the street, Pierce studied and equipped himself with a new mindset for business that today has made him one of the most successful Internet marketers, marketing consultants and optimization strategists in the country. I have used many of Stephens' ideas in my home business marketing. The advantage of using his information is seeing marketing for what it really is, simple and to the point.

Why Should I Settle?
Lifestyle plays a huge part in my life more than ever!!!
Before Liberty League, my life consisted of work, sleep and eating sometimes. Ever since I was a little girl I could remember daydreaming of spa treatments, vacations and the right man in my life. At some point in my life I stopped dreaming. Something got in the way. Was it jobs, friends or bills??? It was MEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
I got in my way. I stopped thinking of what I wanted. Would you believe that 20 years of my life was dedicated towards everything but my dreams. So, long story short, I was introduced to Liberty League and all was changed.
So today I live the life of leisure. I know what it's like to see the sunset in exotic parts of the world. I know what it's like to be on a sail boat in the middle of the ocean. My gut feeling would be to thank Liberty League, but I thank myself for making the right choices.
