Part III - The Seven Decisions That Determine Personal Growth

3. I Am a Person of Action – I seize this moment – I choose now!!

Beginning today, I will create a new future by creating a new me. My future is immediate. When faced with the choice of doing nothing or doing something, I will always choose to act. I am a person of action. I am energetic. I move quickly.
Knowing that laziness is a sin, I will create a habit of lively behavior. Wealth and prosperity hide from the sluggard, but Rich rewards come to the person who moves quickly. I inspire others with my activity. I am a Leader. Leading is doing.
My activity will create a wave of success for the people who follow. My activity will be consistent. It is True: an army of Sheep led by a lion would defeat an army of lions led by a sheep. When faced with a decision, many people say they are waiting for God. But I understand, in most cases, God is waiting for me! I am not a quivering dog, indecisive and fearful.
Successful people make their decisions quickly and change their minds slowly. I am daring and courageous. Fear no longer has a place in my life. Fear has no power over me in the first place. I do not fear opinion, gossip, or idle chatter of monkeys, for all are same to me. I do not fear failure, for in my life, failure is a myth. Failure exists only for the person who quits.

I do not Quit!!!
I am Courageous.
I am a Leader.
I seize this moment.
I choose now.

I am a Person of Action!! I Seize This Moment!! I Choose Now!!

Are You on Autopilot?

Every day millions of people wake up to the alarm clock of life. They hit the snooze button and go on autopilot. Every moment and step of their day reflects those of the days past. Living a life by default is no way to live. It reminds me of The Matrix, how Neo made the choice to get away from the life he thought he was supposed to live.
A couple of years ago I attended seminars at Landmark Education. I walked away with the realization that I can design my own future. Since then I have thrusted my life in the direction I choose. If you have not seen "The Secret" plan on it soon for it will help you in every area of your life.

Wealth is an Option for ALL of US

The purpose of this posting is to make wealthy living a reality in your life and to help increase your net worth.

Are you ready to enter into the mindset of abundance?

If you learn the secrets of the wealthy and really apply it to your life in your path to freedom, you can triple your income, net worth and time freedom in less then a year.

Wealth is the freedom to BE, DO, and HAVE anything you want without money being an issue.
What’s amazing is that the secrets of the wealthy are simply disciplines that are practiced by people who have learned to play the game of money very well.

The wealthy understand that you have control of over three things in life:
The thoughts you think; The images you visualize; And the actions you take.

Realize that almost everything you want in life has already been achieved by someone else. And their achievements have made it possible for you to realize that you want the same for yourself.

But no matter what you want….a person with $10 dollar thoughts will produce $10 dollar results…..and a person with two hundred thousand dollar thoughts will produce two hundred thousand dollar results and the same holds true with a person with million dollar thoughts will eventually get million dollar results and everything they want in life.

So you see, you have to develop the seven “path to freedom” characteristics of the wealthy:
The wealthy have a burning desire;
The wealthy believe they are worthy of receiving wealth,
They believe they can get wealth;
The wealthy are passionate about the service they provide for the wealth they receive;
The wealthy take action in the face of fear;
The wealthy learn quickly from their experiences;
And the wealthy are very persistent.

The wealthy understand that if you want to get from where you are to where you want to be, you have to take some calculated risks and invest wisely.

The wealthy invest in the following order of priorities:
They vest for cash flow; Income streams; They leverage their time, money, and expertise in the efforts of others.

The wealthy use the tax laws to their advantage to decrease their taxable income. The wealthy also use capital gains to buy low and sell high for profit.

Unlike to the average investors, the wealthy investor wants to invest his money in an asset, get his money back, keep control of the asset, invest his money on a new asset, get his money back again and repeats the process.

One of the main reasons people do not get what they want, is because they haven’t decided what they want. Decide what you want!

When you share your vision, certain wealthy people want to help you make it happen; they’ll introduce you to friends and resources to make it happen.

Every time you share your vision for wealth, you strengthen you own subconscious belief that you can achieve it.

Once you commit to becoming wealthy, your laser focus will not allow you to constantly worry about other people, what they think, because you’ll be too busy following your own burning desire.

Working hard is not the key to producing wealth. Wealthy people work a lot less than poor people do. If you’re only working for money, then you will soon discover that money is not enough of a reward. It’s a resentment of wealthy people that keep many people poor.

The secret to wealth is how to take charge of your mind; learning how to program your mind with affirmations and eliminating negative thoughts about money.

Wealth begins when you create a relationship with money that is simple, comfortable and free from stress. You have to reach a point of being in control of your money. This is the beginning of the personal development program to will prepare you to become the kind of wealthy person that you would like to meet and spend time with. You’re now beginning to take control of your future.

You should expose your mind to new ideas and view points about money and wealth regularly.

Ask lots of questions and consider the possibility that your past thinking could be wrong. Realize your current lifestyle is a result of your past thinking. If you’re working for someone else, the secret to increasing your income and preparing for future wealth is acting like you own the company. Getting wealthy starts at work!

Pay yourself first. Invest in your retirement account. You need to pay yourself at least 10% of your income. If you’re not paying yourself at least 10% of your income, then you’re clearly living above your means

If you pay yourself 15% of your income, you can become rich.
If you pay yourself 25% of your gross income, you can become wealthy.

You must believe that you deserve to make an extraordinary amount of money. How about five times your income? This will help you begin to become uncomfortable with your current level of income.

The reason so few people are wealthy is due to the limiting beliefs that were past down.
This is the best time to have ever been alive, we have knowledge at our fingertips and affluence in America is on the rise.

Abandon the conventional way of think and allow yourself to start believing you deserve an extraordinary income.

Your actions have to reflect your thoughts.
You will never be free, if you say you deserve wealth and abundance, then do the opposite and act as though you don’t deserve it.

True wealth can be at any income, because you are more than your money, more then your job, title, house or your car

True financial freedom first begins in your mind, in your conscious, in your thoughts and in your actions.

It takes very little money to make money, as long as your patient and discipline to do the following things:

You need to BE, DO and HAVE!
That means be wealthy in your own mind; Do the things that will bring you wealth.
And believe you should have the wealth you desire.

Your imagination, your thoughts and your dreams create your reality.

If you’re open to wealth, then opportunities to create and acquire wealth will descend upon you.

The universe is infinitely abundant to those who are open to receiving.

The universal law of attraction states that you will experience whatever you are thinking about long enough and deeply enough.

So the wealthy exhibit responsibility with their abundance of money.
They earn money, they invest their money, and they invest to increase their net worth

And then their philanthropy, you see philanthropic activities are similar to “paying your dues” for occupying the space in this life.

The only way to permanently change the temperature in the room, is to change the thermostat – in the same way, the only way to change your level of financial success is to reset your financial thermostat.

You will be pay in proportion to the value you deliver according to the market place.

You see money is neither good nor evil; money will only make you more of what you are.

The habit of managing your money is more important then the amount.

Wealthy people see every dollar as a seed that could be planted to earn a thousand more dollars, which can be planted to earn a million more dollars.

The only time you’re actually going toward wealth is when you’re uncomfortable with you income or net worth.

Wealth is a game of follow the wealthy leaders. Identify several wealthy mentors that you admire and follow their lead.

There are three fazes to wealth and the path to freedom.
You want to be wealthy; You choose to be wealthy; And you commit to be wealthy.

Wealthy people focus on opportunities.

Wealthy people only associate with positive and successful people. Wealthy people choose to get paid based on results. Wealthy people focus on their net worth and Wealthy people constantly learn and grow.

This information may be new to you, so it will take repetitive exposure before it becomes a natural part of your way of thinking.

I wish you a life of freedom.

Think Like an Entrepreneur

Small business and entrepreneurship is where the big money is made.
There are 25 million entrepreneurs in the USA; 20 million of these entrepreneurs have less then 50 employees.
Entrepreneurship is where the action and fun is.
As an entrepreneur you can make money while helping others.

Lessons from Trump University Students
Sixty percent of all Americans are dreaming about starting their own businesses. Why? What's their motivation? I recently heard some fascinating answers to that question while I was listening to recorded transcripts from The Entrepreneur's Success Codes, a Trump University course that's taught by Jeff Burrows. In those transcripts, a group of Trump University students - all successful entrepreneurs - answered Jeff's question, "Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur?" Let's take a closer look at the reasons they gave:

Motivation #1: An unstoppable passion for the work itself. It could be making real estate investments, restoring old cars or designing computer systems for businesses. As one student in The Entrepreneur's Success Codes class said, "I loved my work so much, I couldn't not do it."

Motivation #2: A drive to help others. It might be a desire to help other people be healthier, or more successful, or richer, or more beautiful. One student said that her longing to help people started after she recovered from a serious accident.

Motivation #3: The need for freedom. One class member said that after working in rigid corporations for years, the desire to control his own work took over his life.

Motivation #4: A hunger for challenge. For some entrepreneurs, the greatest motivator is the challenge of starting a business itself. Other concerns are secondary.

Motivation #5: Security. One entrepreneur said he started his own company because he hated working for companies where he could get laid off at any time. Of course, starting a company is risky. New companies fail. But despite those risks, running his own company put him in control of his own destiny."
