Fortune magazine named Oprah Winfrey one of the 50 most powerful women in the world. She came from a life of adversity and broke free. I can remember her role in The Color Purple and how much she moved me. Oprah is a prime example of designing your path in life. She didn't allow life to dictate her journey, instead she kept her vision clear. We all need role models and I'm proud to have chosen her as mine!
